When you request assessment access, we collect the contact, company, role, and goal information you submit. We also keep the access option you select and the status of any related invoice.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, provide assessment access and related services, send a QuickBooks invoice when payment is required, and maintain business records. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We may share only the information needed with service providers that operate the site, deliver email, store submitted requests, and create or send QuickBooks invoices. Those providers process information for these business purposes.

QuickBooks connection

Our secure QuickBooks Online connection is used to create customer records and invoices for paid requests. Authorization tokens are encrypted at rest. We do not collect or store payment-card details on this website.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete the personal information associated with your request, subject to records we must retain for legal or accounting purposes.
